Bibb's Western Region, formerly known as the Ben Holt Company, is located in Pasadena, California. Since 1960, the Western Region has demonstrated its ability to handle a broad range of projects, project delivery types and engineering services.

The Western Region is known worldwide for its expertise in the engineering and design of geothermal power plants. From conceptual engineering to performance testing, we have expertise in all geothermal power processes including binary, steam flash, hypersaline, gathering systems and more. We have been involved in over 500 MW of projects worldwide, providing engineering, design, construction or start-up services.

The Western Region also has expertise in gas-fired power projects including simple cycle, combined cycle and cogeneration. Other areas of expertise include landfill gas, compressed natural gas, liquid natural gas, water treatment, refining processes and petrochemical processes.
