Retirement Savings

Bibb’s Retirement Savings Plan is designed to provide a convenient, tax-efficient method to save for retirement. The plan consists of two segments: the 401(k) Plan, which is the employee’s contribution and a company contribution.

401(k) Savings Plan

All Bibb employees are eligible for this plan on the first day of the month following one calendar month of service. Bibb offers many investment options managed through Ameriprise, as well as a self-directed brokerage account option.

Bibb will match your 401(k) contribution $1 for $1 up to 6% of your eligible compensation on a weekly basis.

Company Contribution

In addition to the dollar-for-dollar matching, each year the company intends to make a 4% contribution to an eligible employees' 401(k) plan.

All Bibb employees who are not Bibb stockholders are eligible for the end-of-year company contribution.

An eligible employee must be on the company's payroll as of December 31st of that calendar year. The contribution is based on an employee's eligible compensation during the calendar year.
